We want you to feel amazing in your Hell Bunny outfit, but if it's not a perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix your generated return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
